Tenant isolation by Postgres row-level security
Every shop runs inside its own row-level security boundary. The application database role does not bypass RLS.
Audit log: who, what, when, before, after
Every UPDATE, TRANSITION, and DELETE writes the pre-mutation state. Auth failures, PIN lockouts, and break-glass actions write security events.
Arabic-first with full RTL across every screen
POS, manufacturing, reports, and admin all ship in Arabic and English with right-to-left layouts.
Live per-karat pricing from Egyptian feeds
24K, 21K, and 18K rates stream from Egyptian sources straight to the counter, and every sale is stamped with the rate it was priced at.
Point-in-time recovery backups
The database restores to a point in time, and a backup is triggered automatically on every shift close.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at the start of any billing cycle. Upgrades activate immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We run scoped pilots rather than self-serve trials, so we can load a sample of your inventory and walk through a real day's workflow before you commit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer for annual plans, and credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) for monthly. Egyptian businesses can also pay via local providers we already integrate with.
Can I get a custom plan?
Yes. Enterprise plans are scoped per branch count, module mix, and integration needs. We send a written proposal after a discovery call.
Do you handle onboarding and migration?
Every plan includes guided onboarding. We import your inventory, configure roles per branch, set up your gold price feed, and validate POS, transfers, and shift close before you go live.
